French Bottle Rack
French country is the underlying decorating theme in my kitchen.
I was thrilled a few years back when my neighbor commented that
my kitchen looked like it was a Provencal kitchen. I change the decor out
seasonally, but the underlying elements of French Country remain. The walls
are a sunny yellow, blue and red accents, dried lavender throughout, toile,
lace, old pottery, and wrought iron. I love the tall wrought iron stand by the
kitchen window. I like to display pitchers, pottery and my white dishes.
I have seen some very beautiful examples of French Bottle Racks here and
there – real ones can be quite costly, but the reproductions are extremely
well made. When I discovered that Amy at Maison Decor carried these
in her store – I was thrilled. I began to move things around and to display
some of my white pitchers and teacups on the French Bottle Rack – I love
the view of seeing both the rack and the tower. The elements of French
Country are coming together nicely in my kitchen.
Amy has a wide variety of very beautiful items available in store and online.
Amy also is a stockist for Anne Sloan Chalk Paint as well as Miss Mustard

I am honored that Amy will be writing one of the Guest Posts for my
summer series, How Does She Do It. Her post will be published in August.
